FalconCast does not host, store, upload or stream any video content. The app and website only provide links to media that is already publicly available on third-party servers across the internet. All trademarks, channel names and content are the property of their respective owners.
FalconCast respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Because we do not host any media files ourselves, the most effective way to remove infringing content is to contact the website that actually hosts it. However, if you believe a link surfaced through our service points to material that infringes your copyright, you may send us a takedown notice and we will act promptly.
To file a notice, email support@falconcastapp.net (or use our contact form) with the following information:
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will make reasonable efforts to remove or disable access to the identified link from our service in a timely manner. We may also forward the notice to the third-party host that actually stores the content.
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email address, including your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
We reserve the right to remove links and restrict access for parties who are the subject of repeated, valid copyright complaints.
All DMCA notices should be sent to: support@falconcastapp.net. Please allow a reasonable time for us to review and respond.
